Caught in the Act!

This photo I took last night incrimates all the inhabitants of my household...Me, for finishing off the ice cream the night before weigh in, and my cat, for viciously attacking the carton of deliciousness as soon as it hit the table. Don't worry, I whisked it away from her after getting the picture.
As for the weigh-in, I still don't know how much damage I did over the last week, as I ended up working so late that I missed the WW meeting. Oh well.
In other news - did anyone else feel that 4.2 earthquake? I did, and it felt a lot stronger than 4.2 to me. Scared my kitty too (okay, and me as well). As I sat frozen in fear on my couch, all I could think of was the quake in '89 (Loma Prieta), and was wondering if this was a big one further away. Luckily, there was not. And my earthquake strength guage is way off, since I was bufferred by the full force of the '89 quake by the shocks on the van I was in on the road. Because of that, most of the aftershocks felt worse to me. But, this one that happened tonight seemed to go on for a while. I kept waiting for more after the shaking stopped, but it was truly over. That was fine by me.

Wow, earthquakes in the bay and Tornados in Alabama! Scary!

What kind of B&J ice cream is that? Oh, it doesn't matter. You and Gracie have good taste! ;) And I bet you both liked the taste too.

Yep, definitely felt the quake. I had dozed off in front of the TV when things started shaking and a startled cat ran across my feet.

Darn it, I love a good mild earthquake to spice things up. I didn't feel in thing here in Alameda.Laura still hasn't felt a quake yet, I hope her first experience isn't the big one.

You know I heard about that earthquake and I swear, it made me so thankful I live in boring Arizona where the only severe weather we experience is rain. Still, it must be nice to live in a place where your Ben & Jerry's doesnt melt within a matter of five seconds.

I completely felt the quake... apparently, I was the only on in the Bitch household to do so... the animals all kept on dozing or competing for lap space... good luck with the WI - it might not be as bad as you think... unless you ate chinese food and then the salt can send your skyrocketing up the scale... I religiously avoid all WIs post salty asian food... anyway, sounds like you know exactly what to do.

I am so irratated that Shannon was not here for the quake. We were in hurricane alley of Mississippi. He hasn't felt a good one yet either. Just a itsy bitsy one here in san ramon. We are on a fault so you actually might feel a 1.9, but it cracks me up. He has no idea

We didn't feel it at all in San Jose, and were like, WHY are they interrupting our TV shows with a 4.2. Come on, don't even tell us unless it's over 7! We're Californians, used to a little bit of earth movement..
